Purchase and Sale Rules

RULES FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS

 

1. General provisions.

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, the conditions for acquiring and paying for them, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and others with the sale and purchase of goods on online store LAURA RAINE.

1.2. The buyer, upon submitting the order, confirms that he agrees to these Rules.

1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicating the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiar with the Rules, clicking on the "Buy" button.

 

2. Protection of personal data.

2.1. When ordering goods at LAURA RAINE online store, the buyer must provide the requested details at the time of purchase: first name, last name, address and e-mail address.

2.2. The buyer is responsible for submitting the correct data at the time of purchase.

2.3. Upon submission of the order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data submitted by him will be processed for the purpose of execution of the order. The Buyer also agrees that the E-mail indicated by the Buyer The mailing lists will be sent to the mail address required for the ordering of the goods.

2.4 The customer's personal data may only be processed for marketing purposes if the Buyer himself expresses his consent.

2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the individual written consent of the Buyer.

 

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay to the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.

3.2 Provide complete, complete and correct information on the billing form. If the Buyer submits inaccurate, false or misleading information in the settlement form, LAURA RAINE reserves the right to cancel the Customer's registration and delete the data.

3.2. Upon change in the Purchaser's data submitted on the Purchase Form, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to cancel the Purchase and Sale Agreement in accordance with the provisions set out in the Returns Regulations.

3.4. Buyer, by placing an order in the online store, LAURA RAINE agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to establish them in the Republic of Lithuania legal acts.

 

4. Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store LAURA RAINE.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or breaches its obligations, the Seller is entitled immediately, without notice, to restrict, suspend or cancel the buyer's access to the online store.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Personal Information contained in the Buyer, specified on the Purchase Form, and do not transfer it to third parties.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.

4.5. A seller may, temporarily or in whole, terminate the activities of the online store upon material circumstances without notifying the Buyer without prior notice.

4.6. The seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms.

4.7 If the Purchaser uses the services provided by LAURA RAINE after these conditions, the Buyer agrees to the amendment of the Rules.

 

5. Order of goods, prices, billing, terms.

5.1. Online shop Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours. per day.

5.2. Orders are accepted only through the online store LAURA RAINE.

5.4. All prices of goods in the Internet shop are indicated in EURO, including VAT, and in other currencies including VAT.

5.5 The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of the confirmation of the order. The shipment starts only after payment for the goods.

5.6. If the buyer fails to make a payment within 2 calendar days, the order is canceled.

 

6. Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer can not accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer is not entitled to express any claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the unfit entity.

6.3. Goods are sent to the Buyer within 2 business days, from payment confirmation.

6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for failure to comply with delivery terms if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or delivered in a timely manner due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in the damaged package, if the unsecured goods received or inappropriate quantity received in the consignment, partly completed goods.

6.6. Buyer must email. send a copy of the damaged parcel and / or the item (s) to the Seller.

 

7. Quality of goods, warranties.

7.1. All data on goods sold by the online store LAURA RAINE are listed in the product description for each item.

7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos are not always related to the price of the item - the goods may be depicted in more than one unit price. The units are indicated in the product description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.

7.3. The seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the specific terms and conditions of which are specified in the description of the product.

 

8. Marketing and Information.

8.1. A seller at LAURA RAINE can organize various promotions and offers.

8.2. The seller has the right to change the terms of the shares unilaterally, without any notice, and cancel them. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is effective from the moment when they are changed or canceled.

8.3. Seller sends notices to the Buyer at the e-mail address indicated on the Buyer's purchase form.

8.4. The buyer sends all messages and questions to Seller's e-mail. Contacts in the "Contact" section of the shop.

8.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages regarding the Internet connection, the providers of electronic network service failures, entering the messages into the SPAM directory or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

8.6 The Purchaser's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in paragraph 2.4 of these Rules.

 

9. Final provisions.

9.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules are resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Pirkimo - pardavimo taisyklės

PREKIŲ PIRKIMO TAISYKLĖS
 

 


1. Bendrosios nuostatos.
1.1. Šios prekių pirkimo – pardavimo taisyklės (toliau „Taisyklės“) yra šalims privalomas teisinis dokumentas, kuriame nustatomos Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo teisės bei pareigos, prekių įsigijimo bei apmokėjimo už jas sąlygos, prekių pristatymo ir grąžinimo tvarka, šalių atsakomybė bei kitos su prekių pirkimu – pardavimu internetinėje parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE" susijusios nuostatos.
1.2. Pirkėjas, pateikdamas užsakymą patvirtina, kad sutinka su šiomis Taisyklėmis.
1.3. Sutartis tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo laikoma sudaryta nuo to momento, kai Pirkėjas internetinėje parduotuvėje suformavęs prekių krepšelį, nurodęs pristatymo adresą, pasirinkęs atsiskaitymo būdą ir susipažinęs su Taisyklėmis, paspaudžia mygtuką "Pirkti".

2. Asmens duomenų apsauga.
2.1. Užsisakant prekes internetinėje parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE", pirkėjas privalo pateikti pirkimo metu prašomus duomenis: vardą, pavardę, adresą ir elektroninio pašto adresą.
2.2. Pirkėjas yra atsakingas už teisingų duomenų pirkimo metu pateikimą.
2.3. Pateikdamas užsakymą Pirkėjas sutinka, kad jo pateikti asmens duomenys būtų tvarkomi užsakymo vykdymo tikslais. Pirkėjas taip pat sutinka, kad Pirkėjo nurodytu el. pašto adresu būtų siunčiami informaciniai pranešimai, būtini prekių užsakymui įvykdyti.
2.4 Pirkėjo asmens duomenys gali būti tvarkomi rinkodaros tikslais tik tuo atveju, kai Pirkėjas pats išreiškia tam sutikimą.
2.5 Pardavėjas įsipareigoja neatskleisti Pirkėjo asmens duomenų tretiesiems asmenims, išskyrus kai to reikalauja kompetentinga Valstybės institucija LR įstatymų numatytais atvejais arba atskiru rašytiniu Pirkėjo sutikimu.

3. Pirkėjo teisės ir įsipareigojimai.
3.1. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja sumokėti Pardavėjui sutartą sumą už užsakytas prekes, ir jas priimti.
3.2 Atsiskaitymo formoje pateikti pilną, išsamią ir teisingą informaciją. Jeigu atsiskaitymo formoje Pirkėjas pateikia netikslius, melagingus ar klaidinančius duomenis, "LAURA RAINE" turi teisę anuliuoti Pirkėjo registraciją ir ištrinti duomenis.
3.2. Pasikeitus Pirkėjo duomenims, pateiktiems pirkimo formoje, Pirkėjas privalo nedelsiant informuoti Pardavėją.
3.3. Pirkėjas turi teisę atsisakyti prekių pirkimo – pardavimo sutarties, laikantis Prekių Grąžinimo taisyklėse išdėstytų nuostatų.
3.4. Pirkėjas, pateikdamas užsakymą internetinėje parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE" sutinka su šiomis pirkimo - pardavimo Taisyklėmis ir įsipareigoja jų ir nustatytų LR teisės aktų.

4. Pardavėjo teisės ir įsipareigojimai.
4.1. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja sudaryti visas sąlygas Pirkėjui tinkamai naudotis internetinės parduotuvės "LAURA RAINE" teikiamomis paslaugomis.
4.2. Jei Pirkėjas bando pakenkti internetinės parduotuvės darbo stabilumui ir saugumui ar pažeidžia savo įsipareigojimus, Pardavėjas turi teisę nedelsiant ir be perspėjimo apriboti, sustabdyti ar panaikinti Pirkėjo galimybę naudotis internetine parduotuve.
4.3. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja gerbti Pirkėjo privatumo teisę į Pirkėjo priklausančią asmeninę informaciją, nurodytą pirkimo formoje ir neperleisi jos tretiesiems asmenims.
4.4. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja pristatyti Pirkėjo užsakytas prekes Pirkėjo nurodytu adresu.
4.5. Pardavėjas, susidarius svarbioms aplinkybėms, gali laikinai arba iš viso nutraukti internetinės parduotuvės veiklą apie tai iš anksto nepranešęs Pirkėjui.
4.6. Pardavėjas gali vienašališkai pakeisti šių Taisyklių sąlygas.
4.7 Jei Pirkėjas po šių sąlygų pasikeitimų naudojasi "LAURA RAINE" teikiamomis paslaugomis, laikoma, kad Pirkėjas sutiko su Taisyklių pakeitimu.

5. Prekių užsakymas, kainos, atsiskaitymo tvarka, terminai.
5.1. Internetinėje parduotuvėje Pirkėjas internetu gali pirkti 7 dienas per savaitę, 24 val. per parą.
5.2. Užsakymai priimami tik naudojantis Internetine parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE".
5.4. Visos prekių kainos internetinėje parduotuvėje nurodytos litais, įskaitant PVM, ir kita valiuta įskaitant PVM.
5.5. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja apmokėti užsakymą per 2 (dvi) kalendorines dienas nuo užsakymo patvirtinimo dienos. Siuntinys pradedamas ruošti tik gavus apmokėjimą už prekes.
5.6. Pirkėjui neįvykdžius mokėjimo per 2 kalendorines dienas, užsakymas anuliuojamas.

6. Prekių pristatymas.
6.1. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja nurodyti tikslią prekių pristatymo vietą.
6.2. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, jei Pirkėjas prekių pats priimti negali, o prekės pristatytos nurodytu adresu, Pirkėjas neturi teisės reikšti Pardavėjui pretenzijų dėl prekių pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
6.3. Prekės Pirkėjui išsiunčiamos per 2 darbo dienas, nuo apmokėjimo patvirtinimo.
6.4. Visais atvejais Pardavėjas atleidžiamas nuo atsakomybės už prekių pristatymo terminų nesilaikymą, jeigu prekės Pirkėjui nėra pristatytos arba pristatomos ne laiku dėl Pirkėjo kaltės arba dėl nuo Pardavėjo nepriklausančių aplinkybių.
6.5. Pirkėjas privalo nedelsiant informuoti Pardavėją, jeigu siunta gaunama pažeistoje pakuotėje, jeigu siuntoje gautos neužsakytos prekės arba netinkamas jų kiekis, nepilna prekės komplektacija.
6.6. Pirkėjas privalo el. paštu pateikti Pardavėjui pažeisto siuntinio ir(arba) prekės (-ių) nuotraukas.

7. Prekių kokybė, garantijos.
7.1. Visi internetinėje parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE" parduodamų prekių duomenys nurodomi prie kiekvienos prekės esančiame prekės aprašyme.
7.2. Parduotuvėje pavaizduoti prekių kiekiai nuotraukose ne visada susiję su prekės kaina – prekių gali būti pavaizduota daugiau nei vieno vieneto kaina. Matavimo vienetai nurodyti prekės aprašyme. Prekių spalva, priklausomai nuo Pirkėjo naudojamo monitoriaus, gali nežymiai skirtis.
7.3. Pardavėjas atskiroms prekių rūšims gali suteikti atitinkamą kokybės garantiją, kurios konkretus terminas ir kitos sąlygos yra nurodomos prekės aprašyme.

8. Rinkodara ir informacija.
8.1. Pardavėjas internetinėje parduotuvėje "LAURA RAINE" gali organizuoti įvairias akcijas ir pasiūlymus.
8.2. Pardavėjas turi teisę vienašališkai, be atskiro įspėjimo, pakeisti akcijų sąlygas, taip pat jas panaikinti. Bet koks akcijų sąlygų ir tvarkos pakeitimas ar panaikinimas galioja nuo jų pakeitimo ar panaikinimo momento.
8.3. Pardavėjas pranešimus Pirkėjui siunčia Pirkėjo pirkimo formoje nurodytu elektroninio pašto adresu.
8.4. Pirkėjas visus pranešimus ir klausimus siunčia Pardavėjo el. parduotuvės skyriuje „Kontaktai“ nurodytais kontaktais.
8.5. Pardavėjas neatsako jei Pirkėjas negauna siunčiamų informacinių ar patvirtinančių pranešimų dėl internetinio ryšio, elektroninio pašto paslaugų tiekėjų tinklų sutrikimų, žinutėms patenkant į SPAM katalogą, ar dėl Pirkėjo neteisingai nurodytų duomenų.
8.6 Pirkėjo asmens duomenys gali būti tvarkomi rinkodaros tikslais šių Taisyklių 2.4 punkte nurodytomis sąlygomis.

9. Baigiamosios nuostatos.
9.1. Šios prekių pirkimo – pardavimo Taisyklės sudarytos vadovaujantis LR įstatymais ir teisės aktais.
9.2. Šioms taisyklėms yra taikoma LR teisė. Visi nesutarimai, kilę dėl šių taisyklių vykdymo, yra sprendžiami derybų keliu. Nepavykus susitarti, nesutarimai yra sprendžiami LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.
